Rice Cake
I try to make Crispy Rice Cake. Get ready rice and a mold.
Then use a littel oil to fry the rice cake on a flat sauce pan in low fire until the two sides are yellow and crispy.
I-ya, the rice is not sticky enough, so it is not firm enough to hold the shape good. Fail!
Put rice into the mold and press firmly then pop it out to make rice cake

Anyway, I pour a little sauce on to the cake and taste. The sauce is soy sauce, pepper, wine, saseme oil, little sugar. Umm, it is very good in taste, it is very crispy too. The only failure is the shape, need improvement.
